Terms of Service

    Effective Date: October 20, 2026

    1. Parties, scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the website and services supplied by RevueWorks LLC, Union, New Jersey ("RevueWorks," "we," or "us"). A customer accepting an order or these Terms must be at least 18, operate in the United States, and have authority to bind the business identified in the order. Do not use the service to obtain competitive intelligence as a direct competitor.

Paid services begin under an order accepted by both parties. The order identifies your plan, configuration, billing start, and any additional charges. A signed agreement or expressly agreed order provision controls a conflicting provision of these Terms. Previously agreed customer protections remain effective unless validly amended.

    2. Managed services and plans

We configure and help manage customer communication and website services for home-service businesses.

Core, $297 monthly: Choose either a website we build and manage or AI chat added to your existing site. Core also provides inquiry capture, notifications, basic follow-up, and basic scheduling.

Pro, $497 monthly: Includes the same website-or-chat choice and Core functions, plus AI reception for unanswered calls within the agreed allowance, missed-call recovery, more advanced follow-up and scheduling, and automated requests for customer reviews.

The order documents the implementation, supported connections and limits. It must disclose any additional service or usage charge before you accept it. Pro does not promise unlimited voice use. Extra services require agreement. No generally available free trial is offered under these Terms; a separately documented trial remains subject to its stated conditions.

You supply accurate business information, access permissions, approved content and timely feedback needed for setup. Delivery timing depends on that cooperation and third-party availability. An automated acknowledgment does not by itself accept a job or confirm an appointment. You remain responsible for reviewing inquiries and fulfilling customer commitments.

AI can make mistakes. Review its configuration and important outputs, keep approved business information current, and provide a human escalation contact. These services are not an emergency dispatch system. We do not promise a particular volume of leads, revenue, search placement, bookings or reviews.

    3. Account and acceptable use

Keep account and contact details current, protect credentials, restrict access to authorized people, and promptly report suspected compromise to info@revueworks.com. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for reasonable account-security precautions.

    Do not:

    • Send unlawful or unconsented communications, harass others, upload material you lack rights to use, interfere with systems, seek unauthorized access, or reverse engineer software except where applicable law permits
    • Resell access without written permission
    • Send review requests that do not seek honest feedback or that fail to comply with applicable law and platform rules

    4. Billing, renewal and changes

Unless your accepted order states otherwise, subscriptions are charged monthly in advance and renew each month until canceled. You authorize those recurring charges using your selected payment method. Payments are handled by an external processor. We do not retain full payment-card numbers in our own systems.

We will email advance notice of renewal. Additional fees, applicable taxes and billing start dates must be disclosed in your order; these Terms do not authorize undisclosed charges.

Price changes require at least 30 days' written notice and take effect no earlier than a subsequent renewal after that notice period. Any price protection expressly granted in your accepted order or existing agreement remains subject to that agreement's conditions. You may cancel before a change takes effect.

We will provide reasonable notice of material feature changes. We will not use a feature-change provision to avoid the services promised for a paid period or the terms of an existing order.

    5. Cancellation and refunds

There is no 12-month minimum commitment under the monthly plans. Send your cancellation request to info@revueworks.com before your next renewal, or use account cancellation controls where available. A timely request stops the next monthly charge. We will confirm receipt; staff processing delays do not move the effective receipt date.

Cancellation ends service at the close of the period already paid for. Monthly fees are not prorated for unused days, except where your order or applicable law requires otherwise. We will investigate reported billing errors and correct confirmed errors with an appropriate refund or credit. Nothing here limits mandatory legal remedies.

    6. Retrieval and retention after service ends

Your business data and content belong to you, including your contacts, leads, customer records, website copy and other materials you own. Canceling does not transfer ownership of those materials to RevueWorks. You may take them with you, subject to individuals' privacy rights and any third-party licenses. You are responsible for exporting, downloading or copying what you wish to keep using the available tools and retrieval access described below.

You have 60 calendar days from the effective cancellation date, which is the end of your paid service period, to retrieve those records and materials. During this window, we provide limited account access for retrieval, including exporting your customer data using the available export tools. Paid service features end when your paid period ends; retrieval access does not extend public website hosting, active automations or other paid services.

RevueWorks does not perform exports, compile files or migrate information to another provider as part of the subscription or cancellation process. If we agree to provide such assistance, the scope and additional fee must be accepted by you in advance. This does not limit assistance or disclosures required by applicable law.

The managed website itself, its design and layout, proprietary templates, source and project files, AI configurations and underlying software or systems are not included in retrieval and are not transferable under the subscription. These exclusions do not prevent you from retrieving and reusing the website copy and other materials you own, or limit any separate rights expressly granted in your order.

Retrieval uses the formats and tools available for the relevant records. A contact CSV is not a complete account backup: it does not include email or SMS history, and some notes may be truncated. You should check the downloaded records and separately copy any additional information available to you that you need to retain.

Download generated files promptly and complete retrieval before your 60-day access period ends; temporary file-download links may expire sooner. These technical limits do not change ownership of your data or our obligations under applicable law.

We will preserve the eligible records and materials and the access needed to retrieve them during that window, subject to applicable law. Account personal data is scheduled for deletion or anonymization within 90 days after service ends, with the limited retention exceptions and backup handling described in the Privacy Policy. The retrieval right does not include internal operational records or third-party information you are not entitled to receive.

Any different schedule for a lawful suspension must be communicated and remain consistent with applicable rights.

    7. Communications, consent and third-party services

RevueWorks LLC may send account, onboarding, support, service and billing texts consistent with your permissions and applicable law. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact info@revueworks.com or (908) 641-3115. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Other reasonable revocation methods remain available where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal-data handling. Messages sent for a client's business must identify that business and use the notices and permissions appropriate to its messaging program.

Before sending messages or initiating calls through the service, obtain the consent and provide the notices required for the communication, recipient and technology involved. Keep evidence of consent, honor revocations and opt-outs, maintain suppression records, and comply with applicable calling, messaging, email and carrier requirements. Do not upload purchased lists without a lawful, documented basis for the intended communications.

Recording, transcription and AI features may require additional notices or consent. We and you each remain responsible for obligations the law places on us; this agreement does not transfer away either party's statutory duties. We may restrict activity that presents a credible compliance or security risk.

Hosting, telecommunications, payment, AI and integration providers may impose their own terms and technical limits. Their interruptions or delivery restrictions can affect the service. We remain responsible for our own contractual commitments.

    8. Ownership and permitted use

Your business data and content belong to you, including your contacts, leads, customer records, website copy and other materials you own. RevueWorks does not claim ownership of that data or content. Individuals' privacy rights and third-party licenses still apply. You give us permission to process, host, reproduce and transmit the information and materials only as reasonably needed to supply the agreed service and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to information and materials you provide. Website design and underlying service components are addressed separately below.

RevueWorks or its licensors retain rights to their software, brands, reusable components, templates, proprietary designs and internal working files. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' licenses. Your order should identify any separately purchased rights in custom deliverables. Payment for a managed subscription alone does not transfer all underlying software or project files. Nothing here diminishes the retrieval rights in Section 6.

    9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling. When we process your customers' information to carry out your instructions, any applicable data-processing agreement also applies. You must give your customers accurate notices about your own practices and use of these services.

    10. Service disclaimers and liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, SERVICES ARE SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OR CONTINUOUS OPERATION. THESE DISCLAIMERS DO NOT CANCEL EXPRESS OBLIGATIONS IN AN ACCEPTED ORDER OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVUEWORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS. ITS TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE LARGER OF $100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NO LIMIT APPLIES WHERE THE LAW PROHIBITS IT.

    11. Third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify RevueWorks and its officers, directors and employees for third-party claims and reasonable associated costs caused by your unlawful use, material breach, or infringing content. This does not cover loss caused by RevueWorks' own unlawful conduct. We will promptly notify you and cooperate reasonably; no settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on an indemnified party without its consent.

    12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend affected functions where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, serious security threats or material breach. When practicable and lawful, we will explain the issue and give a reasonable opportunity to correct it before termination. Urgent action may be immediate. Cancellation and data handling remain subject to Sections 5 to 6 and applicable law. Suspension does not authorize charges beyond an effective cancellation.

    13. Updates and disputes

We will give at least 30 days' notice by email or a prominent website notice before material changes to these Terms become effective. Changes apply prospectively and remain subject to accepted order protections and any legally required assent. You may cancel before the effective date.

New Jersey law governs, subject to mandatory applicable law. Subject to counsel confirmation, disputes will be heard in the appropriate New Jersey state court in Union County or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, where that court has jurisdiction.
